The Tea Party Caucus has, through the government shutdown, jeopardized our country's credit and safety by cutting the funding that pays our nation's bills and funds the intelligence apparatus that keeps us safe. The Tea Party Caucus, therefore, constitutes a national security risk. The President should declare martial law in Washington DC, suspend Habeas Corpus, arrest the Tea Party Caucus and pass a budget with the remaining representatives.
