Our Surround Care Program has been essential for our children and families for several reasons including but not limited to:
* Our children are able to have a before and after school program in their school building.
* Our children have the opportunity to participate in and learn extracurricular activities and skills such as drama, violin, chess, crocheting, knitting, soccer, robotics, football, yoga and so much more.
*Our children are learning advanced social skills in terms of relating to, working with, and playing with their peers.
* Our children are in a safe nurturing and familiar environment where they can learn and grow and we parents are not-left without safe childcare for our children while we are working to provide for our families and contribute to the City of Boston.
Please help by signing this petition and forward to your family, friends, colleagues, church members and anyone who would be able to help us keep our Surround Care Program opened.

I was just checking the notification feed and honestly I am stunned by the energy behind this because sometimes I worry we are just shouting into the void but this proves otherwise. It is wild to see so many people who actually care about keeping our school programming alive and I keep thinking about how much easier our mornings might be if we finally get the city to listen.

This program is a total lifesaver for working parents. My kids love the robotics and soccer classes and I dont have to worry about them after the bell rings. Keep it open!
Ridiculous to even consider cutting this. Kids need a safe place to go where they can actually learn something useful instead of just sitting at home.

Please dont take this away. My son finally found interests he actually cares about because of the after school activities here.
