10 Wood Street, Merstham. Petty crime and back gardens being invaded have risen in my area. It is not safe to be out in the hours of blackout - because that is what it is blackout. In this day and age it is beyond stupid and dangerous

Hey Guys, this is just one of the cuts Surrey Council are making the other one is within the childcare section i.e. Mary Herbert, I will try and attach her sentiments later. WE PAY FOR THESE SERVICES THAT ARE NOW BECOMEING "non-existent" SHAME ON THEM.....
