Increased revenue for the city (ie. increased income from the vending machines, etc.),bringing all of the communities of Surprise together, and promoting good health. Changing park hours would deter criminal activity due to the volume of people around them and would allow people previously worried about any criminal activity to feel safe, because you know what they say " Safety in numbers".

The momentum behind these park hours is undeniable now. City officials cannot ignore this level of community support much longer.

It's for us who get to live out our childhood dream. It's to hot in the day time. Don't limit our exercise to a time frame!
We need the parks open later so we can enjoy are Pokemon hunting and it's not fair for the cops to kick us out for doing nothing wrong. Thank you for listening
I like to night fish and my wife to be able to take her dog out but she can't do the heat and even at 11its still hot and they should also have a splash pad more shade and seats also more vending machines
Like a lot of people, I work the evening shift so I am not able to go to the park in the evening. Extending the hours would give me a chance to enjoy the park as much as everyone else.
Its unorthodox for them to close the park so early when its so hot in the summer the cooler times are the times its closed
I would love to see the park open later, I think it would benefit everyone

Many people also use the parks at night, since it is almost unsafe during the day. Extending the hours allows more people to go and, instead of participating in reckless activities, are engaging in positive ones, not just for the sake of the game but in any condition.
