My mother does not allow me to go to gurdwara. I would like the whole of the sikh community to stress the fact of going to gurdwara is an INTERGRAL part of a sikh's lifestyle. One should get Darshan (vision/glimpse) of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj as often as one can. Without going to gurdwara, you cannot do Gurdwara seva, or participate in dasvandh. I simply want go to Gurdwara, stay there for a few hours, then go home. My mother doesn't even have to go inside the gurdwara if it is not comfortable for her to do so.
