This is not theoretical, its life or death. I've received a transplant and the good health that goes with it. Its a right of everyone in this country to have the potential to attain perfect health, any less is health inequality. The government need to stop dragging there feet. Allocate the money and the services, and leave the economists on the sidelines of the decision making process in health.
