COMPLAINT: For months, the Surfline cameras in Miami (South Beach and 40th) - the only reliable way for our local surf community to check real-time conditions - have been consistently down.

SURFLINE'S RESPONSE: Despite repeated attempts to address the issue directly with Surfline, subscribers have received the same response over and over: no responsibility, no solution, and no credit for services not provided.

Many of us pay for Surfline specifically because these Miami cams are essential. When both local cams are down for extended periods, we are paying for a service we cannot use. That is unacceptable.

This petition represents the collective voice of Miami surfers who expect:

• Reliable access to the cameras we’re paying for
• Transparent communication about outages and timelines
• Fair subscription credits when Surfline fails to deliver its core service

We are asking Surfline to acknowledge the ongoing issue, provide a resolution plan, and offer appropriate compensation for the prolonged loss of service.
