I was fortunate enough to avail of the fantastic service and agree there are a lot more people that could benefit of it.

In Glengormley we have nothing for mums and children it's as if because a lot of people privately rent they don't need any help it's disgraceful

I am signing this petition as I think it is ridiculous that my child cannot access classes because I am not classed as socially disadvantaged. Why should my child miss out on these opportunities just because I work? I wouldn't even mind paying for the classes but to be told I am not allowed to go is ridiculous. Equal opportunities? I don't think so. It's about time working people got something instead of everything being handed to people who don't work. My child deserves to attend these classes as much as any other child.

I feel extremely sad that myself and my daughter are without these vital facilities due to where we live. If I had lived 5 mins to my right I would be able to take full advantage of classes that would not only benefit my baby, but would also benefit myself. As a first time mother, and not living close to family, being a mother on maternity leave can be extremely challenging and lonely. I have friends who recommend joining sure start, but sadly we cannot. I definitely feel we could benefit a great deal from the fantastic services you offer. Thank you xo

As a mum on maternity pay and not within the "catchment" area I feel my daughter is losing out on various classes and interactation with other babies as I cannot afford to pay to go to private classes

As a disabled mum it's hard to my son into groups as it is without being excluded due to where we live
