I'm not all natural but I do wear my hair and if it's ok for me to wear my preference (straightened) then it's more than ok for a woman to wear her all natural hair God blessed her with how we wear our hair doesn't define our character

That is very horrible. As a woman with naturaly curly think hair, I myself know that it is so much work to do my hair so I can't imagine a child having to constantly be responsible for maintaining a press especially in the heat. Also children's hair should remain untouched until they can maintain the upkeep themselves. Chemical processing is NOT always the way to go. We need to embrace our hair in its natural state and know that it is BEAUTIFIL!!

I think ones natural hair should be worn because we as black people were not born with straight silky hair we were born with natural hair and it should be celebrated and not look down on because its not sily straight. Jmo.

We should never be made to feel ashamed of that which God has so graciously blessed us with. I support the puff.

We need to redirect the focus. We should be encouraged to embrace who we are.

It is a shame that this is a problem when girls are replacing their edges with hair dye.... That's what we need to get rid of in the schools.
