If we are free to watch adverts promoting sex toys and substances why cant we see 60 seconds of something that most of the world already do. The LORDs prayer is known world wide and if its good enougg for none Christians to say in our churches on their wedding day i am sure they can spare 1 minute while it is on a screen. No one is forcing beliefs its not a requirement that all who go into the screening must bow their heads and pray. If it was any other religion there wouldnt be an issue!

As we have all prayed for the people and families from Paris and all over the world how can the Lords prayer be wrong

Absolutely wrong that this is banned. The UK is a Christian country and this simple prayer is offence less.

The Lord's Prayer used to be said in schools all across the country, on TV, etc. etc. Who is offended? The right wing political elite? Not my friends of many faiths!! Well the media can try and control, but it never will God's word will always prevail!

Our country and indeed Europe wide and beyond have been encouraged to pray for Paris. How can one line of the Lord's prayer - probably used at the majority of funeral services in UK be offensive.

This world is getting worse by the minute. We all need to deeply consider the future for our children and what kind of world we want them to grow up in. If we all come together and pray and demonstrate prayer to our children at least we will give them something to hope for xx

Great Britain is a Christian country. It is time we celebrated it, instead of being ashamed about it.

This can't possibly offend people but could give a lot of comfort.
