-The Managing Director of The Helix and President of DCU, Professor Ferdinand Von Prondzynski, was recently awarded an increase in salary of 29,275 euros, bringing his annual salary from 206,725 euros to 236,000 euros. -Since The Helix opened five years ago, the staff have not received the pay increases due to us under the terms of the National Agreements, \"Sustaining Progress\" and \"Towards 2016\". -With the help of our Union, SIPTU, we have tried to secure these increases without interrupting the services we provide to you. -We are currently being paid at least 20% less than we should be earning. PLEASE SUPPORT OUR CAMPAIGN TO SECURE OUR DUE INCREASES, SIGN OUR PETITION, SHOW YOUR SUPPORT.

The massive surge in support proves that people are finally seeing through the greed at the top of this institution. Professor Von Prondzynski cannot continue to line his own pockets while the staff who actually run The Helix are robbed of their legally promised pay. This momentum is exactly what we need to force management to stop ignoring our demands.

This is a total joke. 29k raise for him while everyone else goes without? Greed pure and simple.

Pay the staff what they are owed. It has been years and they deserve better than this treatment.

Ridiculous salary increase for the head while the people actually running the place get nothing at all. Sort it out.
