Representation of community has a cost to move equality forward. Our ancestors fought for those rights and we will continue fighting for our rightfully place in this world we live in. He is standing up for what is moraly right. Why, when a black man speaks up and has the power to do so is considered to be a troublemaker base on racial equality. We are all created equal in the eyes of GOD. The powers that be are not interested in the balance of truth. I support his position.

“The concern is that the panel is not representative of the community,” What happened to "a threat to JUSTICE ANYWHERE is a threat to Justice EVERYWHERE" ?!?!? This country is hypocritical!!!

I appreciate the judge for challenging the normal process that has been biased and crude for Black's, poor people and other ethnic groups that have experienced institutional racism.

When Black people stand up for truth & righteousness, white racists can't handle it! As long as were shuckin & jivin, killing one another, promoting & upholding massas oppression agenda, all is well. Leave the dam man on the bench doing his job. This AmeriKKKa is on it's way to hell!
