We will Fight for our rights in this country to preserve our dignity, culture, loving families, national acknowledgement as builders of this country, and for the very legitimacy to demand it. We want our story to accurately be included in our national education and that we are appropriately represented in all forms of the judicial processes and political formats in this nation. We will continue this fight in every increment of our days on this planet. This is a promise. And we will win!!!

We are under the constitution allowed a jury of our peers. A jury void of the racial make-up of the defendant violates the constitution.

Judge Stevens has not broken the law. He was upholding justice which the law commands him to do as a judge. He has the moral and legal responsibility to preside a case where there isn't any legal bias, unbalanced, unilateral and disproportionate view point. That the defendant is not guilty before being judged and that the jury is impartial. That's not breaking the law that is being a very good judge of character and circumstances.

This is unacceptable. Judge Stevens is correct. How can a jury be fair when it does not have any representation from the community from which a person comes? Racism is deeply embedded in the justice system of America. In fact, this system was created specifically to keep African people enslaved for free labor so as not to destroy the economy of the USA.

He is a great and caring judge. This is 2015 not the 50's or 60's everyone deserves a fair trial. And all white jury for a African American is not fair.
