A well culturally and ethnically balanced jury is very important in justice delivery because that that individual being tried deserves a fair trail. How would it look like if people of color filled a panel to try a Caucasian individual? I am guessing judge Olu would handle it the same way.

This judge's presence is needed to help resolve the issues that plague America. He sees the value in being tried by "a jury of your peers" just as the legal system of America purports to provide.
