It a shame that the policies of racism established 400 years ago continue to shoe themselves as strong and alive as when they were coming created AND equally a shame that their aren't more Black justices speaking out knowing that their White colleagues are stacking the deck to ensure a conviction against Black's. The Simpson verdict in '96 was an example of just how White's react and retaliate when there is a majority Black jury pool. They are outraged and strategize, just as the racist rebublican congress, exactly 1 day after the country elected Obama. This judge is actually doing what he swore to do and the Living God stands with him. The judgement is now on America. It's real and Black's have the buying power to stop it.

A universal sentencing guidelines much like the federal sentencing guideline needs to be enforced a "point system"....EVEN THE SLATE

Being a victim of job discrimination in federal court, even my victory was taken away, when my lawyers were bullied into a settlement by a big law firm. Small and especially minority firms are being crushed.

We all deserve the same justice equally dispensed.
As a Caucasion citizen, I strongly support the creation of diverse juries especially when the person being tried is not "white".
