I can't tell you how much I respect you for this and I'm not certain our community understands how monumental your stance is as well as this decision. The fact that you are under attack for such a common sense approach to justice in THIS country should come as no surprise. As a former military member I continue to lose faith that will ever see justice. More men like you that have found something to fight for & die for are our only hope. Is it the 1960s??? We can't get fair juror representation now?? WOW!!! And the state's attorney is asking for his dismissmal? Perhaps Tom Wine should be removed from all criminal cases!!!!!!!!!!!!

Justice must prevail. so much injustice occurs because of unequal representation. Put Judge Stevens back on the job, and hire more like him.
