Social Media IS the voice of the people. Reinstate Judge Stevens without any further delay. The problem is the prosecutor!

Your position and decision to dismiss an all white jury (as nonexistent community representation) is absolutely correct when juxtaposed with federal and, many, state constitutional law. To deny your judiciary discretion, and following letter-of-law, would be using and applying positivism to usurp law, and that young Black African-American citizen's right to a fair trial. Too, the Anglo American Jurisprudence must be recognized, historically, as a tool and weapon used by institutionalized white racism (all white juries) to nullify the innocence of black lives. I am, as should any rational minded adult, in full support of your position and decision---it was correct and just! GOD (and such Supreme Law) is with you. As always...Peace and much Love!

This judge should remain on the bench. He is justified in demanding black jurors when the defendants are black. Didn't the U.S. constitution say we have a right to have a jury of our peers? Thank you judge for doing the right thing.

The law says a jury of your peers in so many States that never happens and people get convicted for not fairly being represented by the Jiry

We must have equitable representation in jury composition throughout this nation. All white juries are an anachronism!

There is Racism throughout the Judicial process. Therefore, when a Judge recognizes the disparate in the process, the Supreme Court should defend it...and the Judge!

The Chief Justice is guilty of high treason for trying to commit purdury and fraud. An jury must consist of your own peers.
