Should not have been suspended because of his opinion when Judge Olu Stevens was speaking before he made a correct judgment.
Makes no sense why he is being suspended the first place.

Thank you sir for your fairness and NOT allowing yourself to be sold!!! We need more like you in positions of power. Then, and ONLY then, will we have equal rights and justice! Bless you, Honorable Judge Olu Stevens!!!

Our prayers are with Judge Stevens and family, and the City of Louisville. The goal of precision is to brave the bouts of friction and forces of opposition; natural or manufactured... Despite the prevailing circumstances the lessons of growth, love and learning will definitely be achieved. HOOAH!

I feel the judge is right and I've always felt that way because white people that do the same crime get less time or no conviction. I don't feel blacks can get a fair trial with a all white jury because of stereotyping, prejudice, and not being able to relate to the black culture. Its proven that blacks have been mistreated unfairly in the justice system.

A jury should be representative of the community. I appreciate the judge's stance.

I have worked with Judge Stevens prior to him being a judge. He is knowledgeable about community issues, family issues, and was/is a fair attorney whose only interest is for everyone to have equality and a fair chance at their best life. The fact that he is being questioned and attacked for trying to right a horrible wrong in our justice system is unconscionable.

I served on a jury in his courtroom. Never have I seen a judge who held the jury system and the law in higher regard.

Judge Olu Stevens dismissal is troubling an it worries me. To be dismissed for standing up for what is fair and equal is disturbing. A jury of peers... "peers mean equal" Interpreted by courts to mean that the available jurors include a broad spectrum of the population, particularly of race, national origin and gender. Particularly race. Who could be against what is right!!! In the online encyclopedia it states an all white jury is an "American Situation" an American situation, sad and sorry. Jefferson County Court system is saying to the community to the U.S. we are not for equality and we are unfair by choice. I stand behind you!!
