This judge should not be censured nor removed from the bench, for doing that which is morally right. How many white defendants have been tried by an all black jury?

I commend Judge Stevens for doing the right thing...too often people are color blind and assume automatic guilt based on skin color...this must be stopped..

Judge Stevens did the right thing by stopping the trial. All White juries do not give proper justice in it's rulings involving blacks.
