Whats fair is fair, when we think of a jury of our peers we don't just think of an all white jury. We think of a jury with various different races, because that's who we grew up with. EVERYONE A VARIETY OF RACE CREED AND RELIGIONS.. STOP MAKING JUSTICE ONSIDED AND MAKE IT ABOUT ALL SIDES .

I support the Judges actions. The jury should be from a selection of peers that are representative of the community at large. If the at large community doesn't represent the demographics for unbiased proceedings then, it is the Judges responsibility to act in a way that Justice is done.

I'm not a legal expert, but it seems to me that a person is entitled to a jury of their peers- and that means people of their community. If the jury was not representative of the community NOT dismissing the jury would have been wrong. I support Judge Stevens, and I think his decisions show great respect for the law.

We need more judges like him.
