An all white jury for a black defendant is not a jury if his/her peer. So this judge is correct.

I would do the same.

Its high time that blacks got a fair shot in the realm of the judicial system. Do not remove this man for being brave enough to stand up and for what he knows is the right and fair thing to do.

Judge Stevens is bold enough to speak and stand against the status quo and I stand with him.

He s being persecuted for actually doing his job and maintaining fairness. If a white person had an all black jury, the country would flip upside down yet it s perfectly fine when thousands of black men get railroaded by race soldiers feigning fairness in that usually all white box.

There is nothing wrong with the statement made by this judge. There are statements made by judges that are way more discerning then his.

This is pathetic against a justice and righteous judge.

He was right to be concerned. A jury of our peers should look like us.
