Jurors should be made up of as wide a diversity as possible. One ethnic group should not hold a monopoly on judicial matters.

I wholeheartedly support this judge. He represents what is desperately needed and missing in our judicial system in terms of honor, integrity, professionalism, and the courage to do the right thing in the face of overwhelming negative bias based on race.

Judge Stevens is in the perfect position to recognize the imbalance in the legal system and comment on it

I have great respect for you judge. You had the courage to speak for the maltreatment of those who have no one else to speak for them. Can someone show me one example of an all Black jury convicting a Caucasian man? No..You Can't! I support you!

I thought we tried by a jury of OUR PEERS . Have you ever wondered when you look at the jury pool? Most people who ask to be excused because their employers don't pay for jury duty . And what they pay isn't near what they need . These folks more often low income minorities . Of course there is an issue . He was correct . The jury's most likely could not understand. So yea I agree with the judge

The Honorable judge made some sound and valid points. Now our white privilege requires he be punished! This is our country's down spiral.
