Thank you Judge Stevens for your courage in demanding more fairness! White jurors are mostly unaware or uncaring of their racial bias; therefore it's nearly impossible for a Black defendant to get a fair trial with an all-White jury.

A jury of one's peers means that the people judging should have an idea of the criminal's environment, social seeing etc. A group of white men will never be unbiased praising over a black man's trial. Likewise, a group of black men will not be over a white man's trial. This judge is simply smarter than most. LET HIM DO HIS JOB.

I support Judge Olu Stevens. He did right by standing up to the institutionalize racism and discrimination in the judicial system. We need more judges like him.
