Justice should be blind, but American history proves that it is not. Judge Stevens is perpetuating fairness in our judicial system. He should be lauded and modeled for doing so.....not persecuted!

It is time to bring justice to a system that has been unjust to a select group of people. The pledge of allegiance states ..."and justice for all ", not justice for some. Put nation is the most unjustly litigious in the world. The incarceration rates are also the largest in the world, disproportionately jailing minorities for minor infractions far greater than that of whites. It is time to stop this insanity.
