Why have the Constitution if you will not honor it for ALL citizens? Put Judge Stevens back on the bench to do the job he has taken a Oath to do.

Every time a person of color calls out the systematic racism that exists the same racist system tries to silence them.

We should be tried by a jury of our peers! If you look at the jury box and don't see one person that looks like you that's clearly not a jury of your peers!

If judge Stevens can not call out what is fair and decent in his court room then something is wrong. It is his job to see that someone is getting a fair trial in every way. We have to fix our court systems. Not just the rich white people should get fair trials. Everyone has to recieve true justice.

I fully support Judge Onlu. He was doing what was right for this country and excising his judgement and ensuring the accused has as fair as possible trial. Who should question that? 100% right

So we're punishing black judges for seeking fairness and justice now? Doesn't the constitution say a "jury of your peers"? It doesn't say a jury of just people. Judges should be able to interpret who a person's peers are.

Judge Stevens is using his platform to speak out against the racism that has plagued this Nation since its onset. I'm proud of him, and I support him. I pray he, and his family, prospers and be in good health, and all goes well with him even as his soul prospers. By faith I release great grace for him and his family. In Jesus name. Amen.

Why persecute this Judge for saying what is right. Today the population in correctional facilities are overwhelming Minorities. Many are innocent but are racially innocent but having been judged by racist all white jurors, they are unjustly found guilty. By law, suspects are supposed to be judged by their peers. It seems this is not allowed in Kentucky. Judge Stevens needs to be judged by a racial .reresentstives of his peers.
