We should be judged by our peers. This judge should not be penalized for speaking the truth.

If this country is true to a defendant's right to a jury of his/her peers, this shouldn't be an issue. There is never a judge that stands up when they see the unfair and unequal makeups of juries. There can always be all white jurors for any race of a defendant but you will never see an all other than white jury for a white defendant. The justice system is extremely racist and it seems to be accepted until a judge like Judge Stevens comes along and then adhering to the Constitution and enforcing the right to a fair trial needs to be questioned. The fact that Judge Stevens authority is questioned when there are Judges who are responsible for innocent people being incarcerated tells us equal protection under the law is only available to white people in America.

I appreciate someone who stands up for what's right, truth is what life is all about. The Bible says you should know the truth and the truth shall make you free, and I believe that freedom is coming out of all of this. God keep you and protect you Judge Olu Stevens
