This man has done nothing wrong. He is absolutely right to dismiss the jury if the jury isn't of the persons peers. No black man should be able to have their fate determined by an all white jury. And he shouldn't be under fire for feeling that way.

I know what it feels like being ostracized for doing the right thing. I stand behind his actions 100%. Although it may look as of he's losing;as long as he's standing up for doing right I truly believe he will be a winner in every way regardless of the verdict.

God bless you, Judge Stevens! Signing this because this man deserves better. He DESERVES to be a Supreme Court Justice. You'd get more honesty and fairness from him than from our current ones. BHO, it'd be nice if you stepped in and did or at least said something about this. Nothing's said when politically placed La Raza members do something for their "community" and illegal aliens. More effort than is needed or deserved is being taken to bring over Middle Eastern refugees. Both groups receive more than they deserve in benefits, including free housing. Where is the representation for us? When we have one man who genuinely wants to give Black people a fair chance, they try and silence it. No more - stop it. Leave Judge Stevens alone. We stand behind him and support him!

Kudos to this judge. Who were the peers of the accused? We need more judges like him.

This is the kind of judge who she be praised as an example for other judges to aspire to be like, not scolded or removed.

Thank-you Judge Olu Stevens for standing up for the injustice in the justice system, especially in the courts. Where men, women and children of minority communities are treated unfairly. Imagine that? Trying to remove him for seeking justice and intervening while biased juries and judges send folks to prison?? How is that fair and just? I support Judge Stevens!!
