We the undersigned ask that Genetic Sexual Attraction (GSA) be taken into consideration in the sentencing of this particular case. GSA is caused when biologically related adults meet after being separated from a young age. We ask that leniency in sentencing be given and that the non-custodial sentences of previous worldwide consenting adult incest cases be used as precedence in sentencing.

This petition has been started by Jennifer Deaves who was the centre of world wide media attention when she was charged in Australia with incest. Her father and herself were given a three year good behaviour bond. Jennifer is an advocate for changes in incest laws to consider the affects of Genetic Sexual Attraction and consenting adults. Education on GSA and support for families affected are her main goal.
