We, the undersigned, urge Evanston Skokie District 65 to enact the Magnet School Study Committee's recommendations. We believe giving King Lab and Bessie Rhodes the organizational support to strengthen and refocus their missions, while implementing the enrollment guidelines, will help address D65's overcrowding issues in a positive, cost effective way. Waiting to act will only serve to weaken all of D65's schools. We ask the School Board and the Administration to act now for the good of attendance area schools and magnet schools alike.
