The tragic deaths of Duncan and Jack Connolly are still fresh in the minds and emotions of our community. When tragedy strikes, we often point fingers and place unjust blame. Judge Souk is a caring and compassionate person both inside and outside the courtroom. His job is to uphold the law and make the best decisions he can based upon the evidence presented to him.
