匡扶华声社联署 Petition To Support The Wah Sing Chinese School: Calling for Better School Management

It is important that our younger generation has a grounding of their chinese heritage.

为人师表，应当知道教育的重要性！不要误人子弟！反着，误自误人。

This dispute is between management of the organisation (Wah Sing) and the management of the internal department (Chinese School). Committee 'corrupted'? Not sure. Poor management and decision by the Committee? Yes. Bad leadership by the committee? Definitely. But who elect them? Members of the organisation (including parents of the Chinese school). Any sign to turn this organisation around? Probably not. Time to set up a new Chinese school by the same group of teaching staff who devote their time and effort to the future generations? I'd say "why not?".

Would be great for the school to regenerate as I used to go there wen I was younger but it looked very tacky and run down ... Get it up and running again for kids and a better education...

My grandfather was a founding member, I hope for the sake of his memory and hishardworking fellows we carry on this tradition.

I went here when I was young, it's a very important centre for the Chinese community in Liverpool.
