This is a petition concerning same-sex dates for school dances. I believe the sex of your date to homecoming, prom, ect. should not matter. The public high school I attend is Cheney High-School, in Cheney Kansas. My friends and I are upset with the school staff, who is denying gay/bi-sexual/lesbian students his/her right to bring a same-sex date to school dances.
