Make this happen. I'm sick and tired of the vocal minority trying to keep this town small and boring, we don't have the activities nor infrastructure to maintain our high level of tourist intake nor keep our youth interested in the area.
This and a new hotel by the SOEC will and would be great additions to our city.

I support this 100% .While it will create very few long term high paying jobs , It is a step in the right direction

Both ends of town deserve to look nice. The play parks have had extensive upgrades. The time has come for this area too.

Stay strong council. I have wanted waterslides here for years. Those opponents are not looking at the bigger picture. A few acres of parkland is worth securing a future for this dying town. We are surrounded by forests, hills, lakes and natural parkland. We have already lost Boonstock, The Children's Festival, The Muscle Bikini Contest and more. We need progress...

Stick to your guns folks, the vast majority are for this development, and WE didn't need to try and disrupt the democratic process to get our support across!
