Beyond a great director & teacher, G was a great friend and 2nd father to many of us. Beyond his great talents and friendship, the timing of this firing is absolutely inexplicable. Everyone has to follow the rules right But there\'s something wrong with waiting to fire someone for 2 weeks so you don\'t have to deal with the uprising until after a vacation. They could wait two weeks, but not until the end of term so the students in the show, and all of his classes were left in lingo.
