We the undersigned support Clare in her efforts to allow Luke, her 8 yrs old disabled son who has severe learning difficulties, epilepsy, atypical autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour, Ataxia and low tone muscle problems, and who has recently had major brain surgery to remove fluid and a cyst from his brain, to return to home life with the correct support that is needed. We are concerned about the unacceptable delay by Swansea Social Services in arranging and providing continuous support and care at home that both Luke and Clare, who is also disabled, need to continue life at home together. We call upon the Social Services of Swansea to act immediately so that Luke can come home. Thanks you for your support.
