Coach O was one of the greatest coaches I have had throughout my life. He not only put a ton of time and effort into coaching us on the field but spent tons of time coaching us off the field. Anytime we called coach O he would answer and be there for us.

Coach O has too good of character to do something like this. He set a great example for young men like myself when he coached at LSW, I don’t think anything has changed since then.

I’ve known Coach Oswald for over 30 years. I do not believe any of the allegations against him. Furthermore he is trustworthy and honest.

Joe is THE nicest, most respectful, kind, non-racial person that I know. I can't even phantom the thought of Joe being involved in the story in which he has been accused. Joe has many friends of color and treats them with the same care and compassion as he does everyone he knows. Joe have obviously been FALSELY accused in this case and the outcome has been tremendously overly excessive.

I have known Coach Oswald for 26 years. I have known him in the capacity of a coach, a teacher, a very dear friend, neighbor, and a colleague. He coached my children and continues to be their mentor to this day. If you speak his name in any community circle you will hear nothing but amazing stories of his generosity and kindness. Never have I seen him be disrespectful or unkind to anyone. He is always going above and beyond to help anyone who needs his assistance and gives 110% in everything he is a part of. His character is outstanding and I would never hesitate to stand in the gap on his behalf.

I have known Coach Oswald 19 years and have known him to be an upstanding citizen and fine coach. I would hope one allegation would not destroy a lengthy, distinguished career.
