Re: Request for proposals for feasibility of a Convention Center in Kerrville. Dear Kerrville City Council, The undersigned have serious concerns regarding any Convention Center proposal that uses City revenue (including 4b sales tax funds) to fund a convention center project that is located outside the city center area of Kerrville:
