To whom it may concern, We, the undersigned students, parents of students, faculty and graduates of San Marin High School, and community members wish to recognize the outstanding leadership of Ms. Loeta Andersen, principal of San Marin High School. Ms. Andersen has created an atmosphere of respect and tolerance for students and adults and has been an enthusiastic supporter for all types of student activities. When Ms. Andersen took over the leadership of San Marin she inherited a campus which had experienced upheaval and discord. She has worked tirelessly to instill order and a sense of pride where little existed; she has also diligently tried to find the best teachers to replace those who left, even to the extent of teaching classes herself. She attends sports events, music and theatre performances, community activities where her students are involved
