It should be an individuals choice to wear one or to not wear one. My health is compromised and I haven't wore one since this started do to not being able to breathe. I support him in his decisions and my family will be visiting his establishment very soon. It's nice to see someone finally step up and say it's your choice.

This mandate is not based on facts and it is nonsensical to force people to wear a mask to walk to their table when they have to take it off to eat. You are trying to destroy someone's livelihood over a 20 foot walk to a table when there is no evidence that this will help slow the spread of any virus. Stop with the Nazi tactics (& I do not use that word lightly) of control and leave businesses alone. If people aren't comfortable with the risk, they can choose not to eat there.

People everywhere are choosing to not wear masks. He should inform the public that there will be no masks worn by his staff and customers if they do choose and it should be the customer’s decision whether or not to walk in and be served. Freedom-All the way around!

One doesn't have to wear a mask when eating but they are saying you have to wear mask from door to table. Ridiculous!! This man has common sense, something our governor and other businesses and many people have lost.

what this city is doing is unconstitutional and needs to he stopped! those trying to close this business should be removed from office. this company has the right to run their business the way they see fit. if you dont like how its run than dont support it with your business. wearing a mask is not a law it's a suggestion at best. it was never passed into law, the governor recommended it. our leaders in this city and country have gotten out of control and have over stepped there bounds.

NO Government entity, can force me by law to wear a mask. The Attorney General of Indiana has already stated that fact. It was already said you can take off your mask to eat, now you want to shut Yergy's down because of a VIDEO? You are ALL Mindless imbeciles! PTL.

It should be personal choice whether someone wants to wear a mask! I also thought restaurants were exempt from this ridiculous mandate as well!?!
