My child has been able to retain the information he learns better with the year round system. I know of many parents who feel the same. The system also works well with working parents. Children are not as stressed with the breaks in between. I beg you, please do not terminate the year round school system.

Year round is so much more effective for the students. Changing the school to traditional due to overcrowding of another school/s, is unfair to those living year round.

Data supports the year round schedule. It's working for our school, as shown by our growth the last three years. We need to keep the year round calendar available in CCS.

I,personally, desire wholeheartedly for the schools, especially Anne chesnutt, to not transition into the "traditional school". This drastic change will more than likely damage a large number of students education and put their futures educational goal in jeopardy. For parents who work or have any other dire rituals may be place in a conundrum to properly getting there kids/students to school on a timely fashion. Study have shown that kids who arrive to school on time daily has a greater chance of receiving a better grades in school. So I pleade you greatly, not just for the sake of my family but for all the bright young minds that attend these school, our children, will be impacted by your decision for ever. So let do the right thing and keep our kids school "year round" thank you!

A lot of parents at the meeting on both meetings sign the kids up to this Choice program that had attention deficit disorder which allow their kids have less time out of school which helps them to focus , learn better it also allows parents and kids to be able to spend more time together on intersection which allow parents to be able to plan for vacations for the family also the stats shows Ann Chestnut middle school and E.E.Miller has a higher grade than the surrounding schools that he want to send some of the student to when they draw new District Lines.
