It would be foolish to pass up this opportunity for Kingston. There are literally 100’s of people from Kingston and I’m sure surrounding area who travel to Le Nordik spa in Chelsea, Quebec to experience type of activity. This would draw more people to the area and also have a ripple positive effect for many other retail and tourism outlets in the city. Please please don’t stop this from happening.

I support this project but wish the developers all the best when trying to start a business in the City of Kingston. Too many hurdles and red tape. It makes you think City of Kingston discourages any new developments in this area.

Really important to add amenities to Kingston so that people do not have to drive to Ottawa or Toronto. It is time the city has the courage to start looking towards the future. Helping people reinvest in our city easily without all the hoops and hurdles. It is absolutely embarrassing how the city treats people who want to invest in helping build our city for the future. Wake up

I think this s great projct for thi property. Property has been unused for years. Provide emplyemtn opportumities for Spputhnfrontenac. Increase tourism in the ara.
