PRC has been deliberately scerwing HK, their behavior since 1997 is proven to be breaching the Joint Declaration, which is the major (only) consideartion that the British Governemnt then agreed the sovereignty; as the signed Declaration has been breached, a "term" that HK be under PRC should be void.
