We are appealing to you humanitarian nature. Here goes.... Nexus Housing Association have ordered us to remove our garden fences by 11 August 2013 (time is running out) forcibly and charge the bill to us! These fences are securing the rear of our properties (where we sleep). Prior to having the fences we were not secure in our own home. During all hours of the day and night unsavoury characters were peering through our windows even hammering the windows and kicking the doors. Nexus reason for this is because the Martindale Estate (tolladine estate) Worcester is an open plan and communal estate. However, the vast majority of the estate over 97% have 6ft fences erected to the rear of their gardens. Yet only us two are being forced to remove ours.
