I'm sorry to just learn of this happening to my favorite band. No artists should have their work used without their permission for the profit of anyone. I hope 30 Seconds to Mars gets the justice they deserve for the theft of their music by BurgerKingMX.

Prolongar en el tiempo no hará que omitan su responsabilidad al no pagar los derechos de autor por la utilización de material protegido. Es hora de hacer lo que omitieron hacer en su momento. Es un desprestigio a su marca y da mucho que pensar sobre las prioridades y misión y visión de su empresa. La afectación a un tercero por la indebida asesoria de una agencia es compartida. Solucionen en lugar de postergar.

When you make a mistake, you admit to it, apologize for it, explain it, and promise to never do it again. To fight compensation is WRONG.
