It is illegal and wrong to take credit for songs that doesn't belong to Burger Queen. Burger Queen only had to ask permission and not cause this 7 year fight in the Mexican court room. Vanilla Ice in the 90's was fined for taking the bass beat to Under Pressure by Queen and David Bowie. A food company shouldn't be able to get away with it.

Why should Burger King be any different to any other company, they should have asked permission and should pay the royalties that they are due to 30 Seconds to Mars. 100% Echelon and behind 30 Seconds to Mars.
