Water supply and an assurance of delivery of that water is nothing new to California. With a state government that encourages a growing population while it discourages much needed infrastructure and who's enviromental agenda are destroying industries, sustainability can not be obtained. Our food supply is not being planted and the United States security is at risk. Please support this bill.
