I am a 12 year old girl who had a dream.I dreamt of having my own business and establishing my kingdom not only by selling slimes but showing that everyone can work hard to be the best person they could be.
But, somehow, others find that allowing me a chance to grow would be disastrous for them. So, a giant is battling over my name - Slime Princess. This giant has got so much money and I don't. I find myself like Cinderella and I can't attend the ball, unless a Fairy Godmother would come to help dress me up beautiful; I also feel like I am Snow White with the Evil Queen wanting her beauty so she wants her dead; and Rapunzel, with Mother Gothel trying to hide her away.
You see, I am a young entrepreneur that is dreaming that one day, I can make difference in the world by being an example that anyone, a kid, an old person, educated, uneducated, rich or poor, can achieve something if they put their heart into it. For me, I chose to be a Slime Princess. It is not just about playing slime, making slime but it's putting smiles on people's faces. It is about having a voice, being an inspiration and standing up for small businesses like mine.
I work so hard being a Slime Princess. I do not want anyone, like this monied, well connected giant to take my passion away because he can fight me more.
I am not sure what he will do, I hope the giant will not slam the door and let me freeze. I hope he would turn into prince charming like the beast did in beauty and the beast. Perhaps, there is goodness in his heart that he would take me in his castle so I can prosper more.
In the mean time, I need to do what I need to do.
I need help. I need help so I can show the world actually supports a young girl's vision to be the best.
I will not give it up without a fight. Please help me.

Viacom shouldn't even be able to trademark the word "slime" as it is a general word that is used in the dictionary, - and they did not create it. It'd be like someone trying to trademark the word 'chicken' because they sell chicken. You go girl, fighting for your company!
You could argue that the original Ghostbusters films had prior IP on the word 'slime' ("He slimed me.") long before Nickelodeon's show used it. It's a word in common use.
There is no confusion between these names at all. Only an uneducated person might be confused between slime and slime princess. What a joke. Neither am I confused about the difference between big corporate bullying and an enterprising young woman legitimately exercising her skill. How did the world get so ridiculous?
Support small businesses! I met this girl at the Girls in Business event and she was lovely and inspiring. I don't understand why anyone would want or need to quash her dreams
She is working so hard for this brand that she alone established. It was created by her. The identity is her. People related to it as her own. It’s a brand of its own - Slime Princess.
do not sue a little girl, you guys have all the money in the world and your company are international so i cant understand why you are going after a little kid. how do you think that looks for you if your are really that dumb to do this then maybe you dont know.....well it looks disgusting.

What has the world become that companies are claiming rights to naturally occuring substances and bullying others not to use these names, just because they have the means to do so. I would like to believe that common sense prevails over monetary might. I'm happy you are standing up for what you believe is right despite the resistance.
