Gilbert rocks! Who did this!!? Whomever is responsible for this is the one that should be fired!

The focus of this petition has been a character reference for Gilbert, which has been served and served honestly, but this alone is not sufficient for Gilbert to be rehired. I think the next best direction is to show the injustice on Marsh's part. I have heard some of the details about Gilbert's termination and it seems to be wrongful on behalf of Marsh but other details need to be uncovered and used to pressure Marsh. Who was the manager that fired him? In what manner was he fired? Under what circumstances? In general, what is unjust about Marsh's actions? These answers are on much better grounds for Gilbert to get his job back. Yes, Gilbert is a good guy and has been great to the community but that alone is not sufficient. Let's expose the Marsh, their management, and their wrongdoings. Call them out!

How sad that Marsh worked so hard to find a reason to fire one of the best employee they ever hired. The money you spent watchdogging him until your could find a reason could have been much better spent training the cashiers and office staff on how to treat their customers. Gilbert should be re-hired and become the lead trainer for customer service. He truly loved what he did and loved HIS customers. We didn't shop there because it was Marsh we shopped there because Gilbert was there and it always nice to get a true, warm smile and offer of help, or to catch up on what had been happening. He watched our children grow up, always took the time to talk to them and brighten everyones day. Please reconsider and bring Gilbert back.

Every time I shop at that location the only employee that has outstanding customer service is Gilbert greets me with Hi how are you today and as I'm leaving take care be careful out there old friend.
