Roy is one of my teacher / closest friend during my highs school days in the Philippines. Roy is one of the kind person who is always assisting us helping us for school or even in our personal life. He is a generous loving and caring person i and my brother meet when we are in the Philippines. He is a hard working person a loving and caring person for his family his mom and dad is always his priority and he always make sure they get a good and relax life. His life Journey from Philippines to Canada is not that easy. But as per hard work patience and efforts he reached in the country where he always dreamed to be with. I do believe that Roy Pacheo deserve to be resident in Canada because i do know and experience how he is a good abiding citizen with out any bad records from our own country. He is a helpful and a good provider for his family and a good communicator as well in the community.

Please allow Roy to permanently stay here in Canada under Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds. I believe that he is a valuable member of our community.
