Community Support for Permanent Resident Application of Roy Pacheo under Humanitarian and Compassionate Ground

Roy is a wonderful friend. I’ve known him since we were in middle school in the Philippines. He’s a very hardworking and generous individual. He volunteers his time to people in need and I think we need more people like him in this world. He was an Elementary teacher in the Philippines and his students adored him. He sacrificed a lot to be here. Roy paid taxes for the 3 years or more that he worked here in Canada and now volunteers at a soup kitchen. I am a Canadian citizen and will vouch for Roy because I strongly believe that he deserves to be here in Canada Permanently.
